Key Responsibilities and Responsibilities to be Successful 🔑

  • Hunt down new business: Identify and qualify leads within the enterprise space, actively pursuing new opportunities to grow our customer base. This means you will need to find the right person in the business and sell to them. Someone with an existing network is desirable. Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue and market share. This includes creating and managing a pipeline of opportunities, forecasting sales, and closing deals. Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions. Be able to present to key stakeholders within the business and demonstrate our product's value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success, including sales engineering, customer success, and marketing.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts. Building trust is important, it will help you understand their needs and become their trusted advisor. You will need to build relationships with technical and business stakeholders, which requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires you to be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. This includes creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals. Being able to adapt to different communication styles and build rapport with individuals at all levels of an organization. Proactively seek feedback from customers and internal teams to continuously improve sales strategies and processes.

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the company. A sales role means you have a target, and you will need to meet or exceed that. This requires strong time management and organizational skills. This is a highly metrics-driven role. Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts. You will be expected to provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

What We're Looking For: Your Skills and Experience ✨

  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the software or cloud technology space.   • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business audiences. You need to be able to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally. Strong presentation and public speaking skills. Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers.
